Part of my ongoing commitment to the community, I had the privilege of attending one of Alva Primary Schools P6 classes.

They have been recently learning about electricity, circuits and how they work.
As an electrical expert and your local electrician serving Alva, Clackmannanshire and Stirling. I was able to attend and give a small talk on how electricity works, the safety precautions we have here in the UK and warning of the dangers of Electricity.
I had also took along some cable and sockets for the pupils to have a go at terminating, some of the tools we use and our local wholesaler CEF Stirling kindly let me borrow their Click Mode board to show the pupils different types of switches and sockets.
Here is the best bit…The P6 kids at Alva were excellent, asked lots of fantastic questions and very well behaved. A credit to their parents/carers, teacher and Alva Primary.
Hopefully we have planted a seed for the next generation of Electricians.
